Privacy Policy

1. Information collected through the app

OnceWide does not collect personal data through the app. The app does not include advertising, analytics or third-party tracking SDKs. It does not create user accounts and does not operate a cloud service for video processing.

2. Camera and microphone access

OnceWide requests access to your iPhone camera and microphone so you can record video with audio. Camera images and audio are used to create the recording and its exports on your device.

3. Photos access

OnceWide requests permission to add media to your Photos library only when you choose to save an export. The app does not need permission to browse your full photo library for its core recording and export workflow.

4. On-device processing

Subject detection, tracking, reframing and export processing are performed on your iPhone. OnceWide does not upload your video or audio to a OnceWide server.

5. Temporary files

OnceWide creates temporary recording and export files on your device while processing a clip. The app removes managed temporary media when it is no longer needed. Copies you deliberately save to Photos or share through another app are controlled by those destinations.

6. Sharing

OnceWide uses the standard iOS sharing interface when you choose to share an export. Information sent to another app or service is governed by the privacy practices of the destination you select.

7. Website, launch list and support email

The OnceWide website does not use advertising or analytics. If you email support.oncewide@gmail.com for support or to join the launch list, Google will process the information included in your message under its own terms.

Support messages are used to respond to your request, diagnose reported problems and maintain reasonable support records. Launch-list addresses are used only for OnceWide launch and product updates. You may opt out of launch emails at any time by replying and asking to be removed.

8. Children

OnceWide does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Recordings remain under the control of the device owner unless they choose to save or share them.

9. Data retention

OnceWide does not retain app usage data on a OnceWide server. Email correspondence may be retained while reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain a launch list, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if OnceWide features or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
